The Highlights
6 hours of continuous coverage
For couples who want all their most important memories captured — from prep to party highlights.
Includes:
• Final getting ready moments (both partners, if nearby)
• First look or couple portraits
• Ceremony
• Group + family portraits
• Reception highlights (entrance, decor, speeches, first dance)
All key events must be scheduled within the 6-hour window. Extra time is $200/hour.
The Full Story
9 hours of continuous coverage
Up to 9 hours of continuous coverage
From the quiet morning moments to the dance floor chaos — this package tells the full story of your day.
Includes:
• Getting ready (both partners, if timing/location allows)
• First look or pre-ceremony portraits
• Full ceremony
• Group + family portraits
• Reception (entrance, speeches, first dances, cake, candid moments)
All key events must be scheduled within the 6-hour window. Extra time is $200/hour.

FAQ
When is payment due?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
The final balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding day.
Does my package include an engagement session?
Yes — all wedding packages include a mini engagement session.
It’s the perfect way to get a few beautiful images to announce your date and for me to get to know you both before the big day.
If you'd like to capture more memories during this chapter of your life, full engagement sessions are also available at a discounted rate for wedding clients.
How long will it take to receive our wedding photos?
Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 4 to 8 weeks after your wedding day.
The exact timeframe can vary based on workload, especially during peak wedding season — but I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.
You’ll also receive a sneak peek of a few favorite images within the first week to share with friends and family.
Will I receive all the photos from my wedding day?
You’ll receive all the best images from your day — fully edited and delivered in both colour and black & white. I don’t hold back any good ones!
You can typically expect around 50–75 photos per hour of coverage. That’s about:
150–225 images for The Essentials Package
300–450+ images for The Highlights Package
And 500–700+ images for The Full Story Package
Exact numbers vary depending on your schedule, lighting, and how eventful your day is — but I always aim to tell the full story.
Can I add additional hours of coverage?
Yes!
Additional hours can be added at a rate of $200/hour.
If your schedule is likely to run long, feel free to let me know as early as possible — I’m always happy to adjust to make sure nothing gets missed!
Is there a travel fee?
There’s no travel fee for weddings in Shannon, surrounding areas, or downtown Québec City — it’s all included in my packages.
For weddings beyond that range, a travel fee may apply based on distance and accommodations required.
At this time, I’m only booking weddings within 90 minutes of Shannon.
If you’re unsure whether your venue qualifies, feel free to reach out with the location — I’ll be happy to confirm!
What if I need to change my wedding date?
Life happens — I get it.
If I’m still available for your new date, I’ll be happy to move your booking.
Just note that availability isn’t guaranteed, so the sooner you reach out, the better!
If I’m not available on your new date, your retainer can be used as a credit toward another session (e.g. couple, family, maternity), but it will not be refunded.
What happens if it rains? (Weather Plan)
If you're planning an outdoor wedding, I’ve got you covered — quite literally.
I always come prepared with weather-resistant gear, clear umbrellas (for cute rainy-day portraits), and backup lighting options.
If the ceremony or portraits need to move indoors, I’ll adjust the plan to make sure we still capture beautiful images — rain or shine.
We’ll also discuss a basic Plan B for weather during your consultation, so there are no surprises on the big day.
Can we request specific photos or poses?
Absolutely.
I always encourage couples to share any specific shots, poses, or people that are important to them. We’ll go over this together before the big day so I can make sure those must-have moments are captured.
Just keep in mind that weddings are fast-paced — while I’ll do my best to check off every request, my priority is always capturing the day naturally and beautifully.
Do you offer prints or albums?
Yes!
Your gallery includes a built-in print shop, so you and your family can easily order high-quality prints, wall art, and keepsakes directly online.
If you’re looking for a custom-designed wedding album, I offer this option with layout design included — just let me know, and we’ll create something beautiful together.
