How It Works
1. You book your date — no cost to the daycare.
I’ll send you everything you need to inform parents:
– A poster to print and display at the entrance
– A pre-written email you can send to families
2. On photo day, I arrive early with all my equipment.
I set up quietly and work group by group with a smooth, child-friendly flow.
(And yes — I always wrap up before nap time!)
3. Parents receive their child’s private online gallery within 7–10 days.
They can easily order prints or digital files directly from our site.
4. I return to deliver any printed items that were ordered.
All print orders are prepared and delivered in person for a smooth, professional finish.
* I’ll also provide you with a complimentary private gallery that includes one photo of each child and staff member, for internal use only.

At Le Studio Stowe, I combine a warm, child-centered approach with professional, organized service.
As an experienced photographer and a mother of three young children, I understand the daycare environment — I’ve even worked in one myself. I know how to quickly build trust with little ones while making the process smooth and stress-free for educators and daycare staff.
MY APPROACH
Before Photo Day
I provide you with an information letter to display at your daycare, along with a ready-to-send email for parents. Everything is set up to keep families informed — with zero extra work on your end.
On Site
I set up my equipment in a quiet space and adapt to your daily routine. Children enjoy a positive experience without pressure or wasted time.
After the Session
Each child goes home with a personalized card containing a link to their private gallery. Galleries are ready within 10 days. Parents select their photos and packages online, and I deliver all orders directly to the daycare.
